The featured speaker for EQUIP 2018 was Larry McCrary, who is the co-founder and Executive Director of The Upstream Collective. Larry writes and speaks extensively on the Great Commission and has authored three books: Marketspace, Tradecraft: For the Church on Mission, and First 30 Daze: Practical Encouragement for Living Abroard.

He and his wife live in Louisville where he serves as Pastor of Sending at Sojourn Church East.
