Hello BGC Partners,
As our current fiscal year comes to a close on June 30, we have so much to celebrate. God has been faithful, and through your generous, sacrificial, and consistent giving, BGC has been able to grow in every area of ministry.

Together, we’ve continued pursuing our mission:
To see the fame of Jesus spread as we increasingly love God, one another, our neighbors, our city, and the nations.

As we prepare for the 2026 fiscal year, we believe God is leading us to continue growing our impact—and with that comes a new proposed budget.

We’re asking all partners to review the proposed budget and then participate in the affirmation process.

How to Review the Budget
Please take a few minutes to look over the proposed budget and the commentary below to better understand where we’ve been and where we’re going. This will help you make an informed decision when it’s time to affirm the budget.

Budget Highlights
Page 1

  • Our income this year exceeded expectations by $94k

  • We spent $29k more than planned (largely due to facility repairs and increased giving)

  • Projected operating surplus: $149k

Page 2

  • We’re projecting a 4% increase in offerings

  • Rental income will decrease as Brandywine Valley Active Aging transitions out in the fall of 2025

Pages 3a–3c

  • Offering trends are strong and growing

  • More households are giving—and giving sacrificially

Page 4

  • Balanced budget for next year

  • Increased ministry spending and staff support (e.g., Amy Cudd moving to full-time)

  • No increase in savings needed due to healthy reserves

Pages 5–6

  • Continued growth in BGC’s generosity to outside ministries and causes

Page 9

  • This year, $205k was invested in needed building upgrades (Youth Room, HVAC, Roof, Auditorium) using savings

We hope this helps you see how your giving fuels ministry and how we strive to steward these resources with wisdom and purpose.
